This week, Ribal Al-Assad, the Director of the ODFS, met with His Excellency Ambassador Li Qingyu, former Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia, Algeria and Syria.
Commenting on the meeting, Ribal, said:
“I was delighted and honoured to meet again with my friend, His Excellency Ambassador Li Qingyu. We had an excellent exchange of views on the Arab Spring.”
