A video has emerged of the savage killing General Mahmoud Darwish, commander of the 38th Air Defence Division, after rebels seized his base in Daraa.
Ribal Al-Assad, Director of ODFS, has strongly condemned the rebel actions and believes that such chilling brutality is completely unacceptable:
“This was an inhumane act and all people who commit such actions have to be brought to justice – are these the people who will bring to Syria the Democracy, Freedom and Human Rights we have been longing for?”
