Also present were Lt. General (Retd) P.K. Singh (Director of USI), Maj Gen PJS Sandhu (Deputy Director &amp; Editor USI), Maj Gen YK Gera (Consultant Research USI), Ambassador KC Singh, Ambassador SK Bhutani and Dr VK Singh. The speech was well received and concluded with a comprehensive Q &amp; A Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The USI is a unique institution with unequalled expertise in the field of national security and matters pertaining to defence services.
