Denis Ducarme is a specialist in security issues. He is a vice president of the Belgian Parliament&#8217;s Defence Committee and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Ribal Al-Assad said, &#8220;I was delighted to meet Denis Ducarme again and update him about the ODFS campaign to bring democracy and freedom to Syria. I would like to thank him for his support and for the fascinating tour of the Belgian Parliament.
