Commenting on the momentous events in Libya, ODFS Director Ribal Al-Assad, said:
“I welcome the birth of freedom in Libya. I would like to congratulate the Libyan people and the National Transitional Council for their courage and determination in successfully fighting dictatorship and tyranny. I hope that there will now be a peaceful transition towards a democratic, inclusive and prosperous Libya with freedom and dignity for all.”
